How can we think to do that again? Who in the Hell do we think we are?
The President has the right to order the use of Atom Bombs but can also refuse to use them. Why answer a nuclear attack with a nuclear reply? Don't we have plenty of other bombs? Who in this world can you use one on? Who do you care so little about? How can you use one without hurting yourself?
